How Shall We Come Together is a galvanizing call and response tune that comes to us via powerhouse composer and songleader Maggie Wheeler.

I Am the River came to Juliana as many songs do: in the shower. It is a layered chant that helps connect us with the waters of the earth, both within and around us.

A beautiful song by Paul Barton for bringing ourselves into our courage and into the present moment. We sang one of the three parts in unison...stay tuned for the other two!

Be Open by Debbie Nargi-Brown

Gem of a song by Debbie Nargi-Brown, offered in March 2022. This song reminds us to "be open for something wonderful to happen," to "be open to the possibilities." If you are ever feeling doubtful or down, this song will remind you of all the wonderful experiences waiting just around the bend.

From the composer:

It doesn’t mean anything but I feel this song as "Take it easy” vibration.

Your Heart Knows the Way Home is an infectious and powerfully reassuring 3 part song by composer and songleader Te Martin (check out their beautiful recording here.) It reminds us of the unmatched power of deep listening and stillness as we search for the next step along the path. Juliana learned this song directly from the composer (with some help from gifted songleader and percussionist Shireen Amini!) in an online song circle hosted by Heather Houston.

Deep in the Dark is a song for honoring the winter solstice that Juliana composed as a chant for Winter Solstice 2019. The second part arrived in 2020 as an offering for deepening.

Loosen Loosen is a song/prayer/meditation to heal personal and societal grief. For ordinary grief, extraordinary grief, the unbearable kind and the unseen kind and the enduring kind, in service of exhales and letting go of what is ours and not ours, of compassion, lightness, & becoming who we are after and through it all. Written Fall 2017. Music & lyrics by Aly Halpert

These Hands, This Heart is an empowering song from the amazing Heather Pierson. Juliana learned the song directly from her, and Heather's highest hope for the song is that people will sing it while marching for something dear to their hearts.
